By using DOM Capital Financial services, I confirm that I understand these Terms & Conditions and that they form, together with the company’s other applicable policies, a binding agreement between me and DOM Capital Financial.

I confirm that the residential, identity and other details I provide are truthful and accurate. DOM Capital Financial may amend these terms from time to time by publishing the updated terms on its website.
I confirm that I have had the opportunity to use a demo environment and/or review educational material and that I understand how trading works and the risks involved in financial markets.
Accessing, visiting or using this website constitutes express acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them or with any referenced policy, you must stop using the website and the services.
Permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the website. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Commercial scraping, automated extraction, bandwidth theft, offline browsing/downloading tools and access through unofficial software are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Your account and bank account
After receiving an application, we may carry out credit, identity or other checks that we consider necessary, including obtaining information from banks, employers or credit agencies where permitted. Such agencies may record a search whether or not the application proceeds, and further checks may be performed while the agreement remains in force.
You acknowledge that creditworthiness assessment methods may be used when reviewing an application and may affect whether an application is accepted or how an account operates. You must promptly notify us of any material change to information contained in your application.
If your application is accepted, an account will be opened and you may receive a user identifier and account number. You must keep these details confidential and immediately notify us if you suspect that another person has obtained or used them.
We are not required to verify the identity of every person who uses valid login credentials or submits instructions from your account. We may, but are not obliged to, send amounts due to you to one bank account. We may agree to use another bank account, and we will not be liable for allocation errors where the total amount transferred is correct under this agreement.
Your account may display bonuses, incentives or other amounts that you did not directly deposit or earn by trading deposited funds (“non-deposited funds”). Unless expressly agreed otherwise, non-deposited funds may not be immediately withdrawable. Technical circumstances may also require such amounts to be credited temporarily. Non-deposited funds, including profits derived from them, are not treated as client money. If such funds are withdrawn, DOM Capital Financial reserves the right to recover them.
Additional undertakings
You confirm that your bank-account details are complete and accurate and that you will promptly notify us of any change and provide supporting documents when requested. Unless otherwise agreed, the bank account should be maintained in your principal country of residence.
You acknowledge that we are not obliged to transfer funds to, or accept funds from, an account other than the approved bank account. Except in cases of fraud attributable to us, we do not accept liability for loss arising from trading with deposited funds or funds credited to your account by mistake.
We reserve the right to close or suspend an account in accordance with this agreement. You expressly acknowledge that margin requirements may be changed without prior notice in response to market volatility.
Multiple accounts
If you hold more than one account with us, each account is treated separately unless this agreement expressly provides otherwise. Balances or margin held in one account will not automatically be used to meet obligations in another account unless we exercise a right to do so under this agreement.
Beneficiaries and joint accounts
If an account belongs to several users or to a company, partnership, institution or other legal entity, we may require the signatures or approval of all beneficiaries or authorized signatories before processing a withdrawal.

You may not create or maintain links to pages of this website, or display the website or its content inside frames or similar mechanisms, without prior written permission. Any authorized links must comply with applicable laws, regulations and accepted standards of online conduct.
Intellectual property and copyright

Force-majeure events may include civil unrest, terrorism, riots, power or communications failures, extreme volatility in financial markets, or the suspension, closure or liquidation of underlying markets. In such circumstances we may change trading hours, change margin requirements, or close or cancel open contracts or positions.

Names, logos, trademarks and service marks displayed on the website may belong to DOM Capital Financial, its affiliates or third parties. Nothing on the website grants any license or right to use them without the relevant owner’s prior written consent.
Secure login
You are responsible for maintaining your account at all times, including maintaining any required margin. Where you hold multiple accounts, this responsibility applies separately to each account unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Any person using valid login credentials may be treated as authorized to access the system and submit instructions or communications on behalf of the client represented by those credentials. DOM Capital Financial may act on those instructions without additional written or other confirmation, and charges associated with such instructions may become payable.
